Create a ecommerce website for OCS

Project milestones 

Deposit 20% £700 to be paid 14th - 18th november 

A deposit is needed to kick off the project 

‍

Wireframes sign off 10% £350 

We will first create a wireframe so you can see the structure of the website moving forward. This is not the finished design but an outline where you can ask for changes and change the text if you wish to do so. I will provide you with a video walk through for this. Once you have signed off this I will invoice you for this milestone.

Design & Development Staging site sign off 20% £700 

We will then take your wireframes and design and develop the website, I will send you a staging url for you to review and make any changes. Again once you have signed this off I will invoice for this milestone.

Website launch and final payment 50% £1750

We will agree on a day for the website to go live and the next day I will invoice for this milestone.

Please note that once a milestone is signed off you cannot make further changes until the website has gone live. This is to avoid missed deadlines or delays.

‍

Ongoing help £100 per month

Once the project is live and paid for I will send you a recurring payment link for each month. (starting 2 weeks after the website has gone live). You will have 5 hrs of my time each month that you can use to get help regarding the website such as:

  • Updating content 
  • Updating products 
  • Adding a new section to a page 
  • Fixing bugs 
  • Helping you figure out what could get you more reach on SEO

This does not include:

  • Creating new pages (£100 per page) 
  • Creating new sections of the website for example integrating a new payment system or social media
