3 Ways to Make Clients Trust Your Website Instantly

1. Testimonials

No one sells your service or product better than the people who already love it. Your testimonials are gold, so make sure to showcase them across your website and social media.

Here are some great places to display testimonials on your website:

  • Below your products
  • Under feature-rich areas such as benefits
  • In your footer
  • On a dedicated testimonials page that you can link to
  • On a FAQ page or beneath specific FAQs

Bonus tip: If you can collect video testimonials from previous clients, they’ll build even more trust. Video shows real people with similar challenges, helping potential clients relate to your past successes.

2. Case Studies

If you’re a service-based business, creating case studies of past client projects can be a powerful way to build credibility. Ideally, make each case study its own page and group them under a “Case Studies” or “Success Stories” section in your navigation menu.

What should a case study include?

  • Title: Include the client’s name or company. For example: “How We Helped [Company] Increase Sales by Doing [X]”
  • Summary: Add a short description summarising the project’s success. This can be written last, but it should appear near the top of the page.
  • Images: Include before-and-after photos or visuals showing project steps.
  • Client testimonial: Add a direct quote from your client.
  • Your insights: Share your own experience from the project — challenges, solutions, and lessons learned. Help readers think, “Yes, that’s exactly the problem I have.”

Webflow Tip:
Set up your case studies as a CMS Collection:

  • Create a template page for each case study.
  • Use a Collection List on your main “Case Studies” page to display them automatically.

This setup makes it easier for you (or your team) to add new case studies consistently without worrying about formatting.

3. Company Logos

If you’ve worked with well-known clients or earned certifications, you can showcase their logos (with consent) on your website. One engaging way to do this is by adding a logo ticker — a horizontal scrolling element that displays your clients or partners, much like the news tickers you see on TV.

These are great for quickly communicating credibility. You can place them:

  • Directly under your homepage header
  • Beneath feature sections
  • In your footer
  • At the bottom of key pages

Summary

Testimonials, case studies, and company logos are powerful trust signals that can transform how potential clients see your brand. When used strategically across your website, they create credibility, build connection, and support conversions. If you haven’t yet integrated these into your site, now is the perfect time to start showcasing your success stories.
